Meet Margie

The woman behind the work

Margie Bryce is a burnout prevention coach who understands firsthand how quickly stress can become unsustainable. After years of supporting others while pushing through her own exhaustion, she began to see how common burnout truly is and how little space people are given to address it. Her coaching work grew from a desire to help people slow down, gain clarity, and build healthier rhythms that support both their work and their well being.

Finding Restoration Through Stained Glass

Alongside her coaching practice, Margie is a stained glass artist deeply connected to the creative process. She was drawn to stained glass as a way to work with her hands, quiet her mind, and reconnect with patience and focus. What began as a personal practice soon evolved into teaching as she realized how powerful the medium could be for helping others feel grounded, capable, and creatively confident through guided workshops and classes.

Personal Life

Margie is married and lives in Michigan, where she continues to balance her work, creative practice, and personal life with intention. Her approach is shaped by a belief that meaningful work and a full life can coexist when care and balance come first. She is Mom to three adult sons, Nana to one grandson, and owns Daisy (a miniature schnauzer) and Felix (a rescued Pomeranian that is technically Daisy’s dog).

Through Margie's coaching, I am better equipped to reframe and break down larger challenges into smaller, more manageable goals. As a result, I find my approach to ministry experiencing renewed energy and focus.

Margie's guidance through the pandemic was invaluable to me. We met once a week for several months and her wisdom and calm demeanor have helped me through some of the most difficult months of my 20 years in ministry. The light of Christ burns brightly and I would strongly recommend her services to anyone who needs a ministry coach.

I met Margie a few months into the pandemic. They were challenging times for us all. She perceived the need for clergy to support one another in new ways and established a weekly Zoom support group and I also did some coaching with her. She was caring and insightful and a great help. Thanks Margie!

I began pastoring during COVID and felt overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of my leadership. Working with Margie Bryce was truly transformative. She created a safe, confidential space and helped me move from uncertainty to clear, actionable goals. I now lead with greater confidence, stronger boundaries, and real clarity of purpose, and I highly recommend her.
